We've had excellent bluefin fishing today with some bigger ones in the mix. We are just a few fish shy of limits for the trip with plenty of time to go.

3 rd place Chip Rowland 69 grouper.

Tahoe Tuna 8 Day

We departed yesterday afternoon on our annual Tahoe Tuna 8 Day with a fun group of guys. Today we've been getting our tackle ready to go for yellowtail, yellowfin tuna, and maybe a shot at wahoo. Everyone is getting anxious to fish. We'll be to our destination tomorrow around noon. Check back tomorrow for an update.

We got to the grounds late last night for a few fish in the dark.

We experienced amazing bluefin tuna fishing this trip with 175 ranging from 25-1010lbs.
We also tried for some yellowtail and was rewarded with 26 12-25lbers.
