The Independence will arrive at Point Loma Landing at 5:30am on 5/2..We want to thank all the passengers on this 16 day trip for everything, we wish you well and come back and see us again. Judy, Matt and the Indy Crew

We left yesterday on our 3 day graftech rods charter. So far we have been blessed with good action on bluefin tuna in the 35-60 pound range. We hope to keep up the pace and stay on the fish.

FORMAN TRIP JP WINNERS
trip 21-7 Departure day
We got loaded up and left yesterday for 8 days. Dick is handing over the reigns to Roger as chartermaster and we have a great group onboard. Today the raffle and giveaways went down and everyone walked away a winner. We have been rolling down getting rigged up for yellowtail. We arrive tomorrow morning at our destination and the guys and gals are biting at the bit to get started. The weather has been nice going and we hope to deliver a good report when we get there. 21-7 YELLOWS ARE BITTIN'
GOOD FISHING
We are off to a good start down here Yellowtailin. There are some really beautiful trophy fish to be had. We spent the day dropping the yo-yo jig on them and it seemed to work best. We had a few fish on the flyline sardine as well as the dropper loop. After making a tank of mackerel last night we are ready for round 2. The weather is getting nicer by the hour and all is well aboard the Independence. Matt and Indy crew
